MINI wins BIG

For the second consecutive year, Townsville MINI Garage has been named 2021 MINI Rural Dealer of the Year.

After collecting awards for BMW in 2019 and 2020 for dealer excellence, this achievement means for three years running Townsville BMW and MINI have been front and centre on the national stage.  

Townsville MINI and BMW General Manager, Shane Bright said MINI award recognises dealer excellence in not only sales, but customer satisfaction, service and aftersales.

“This is a collective effort. From our technicians to our sales, parts, and accessories staff, we would not have been able to achieve this prestigious accolade twice without the entire team or without the support from our North Queensland community,” Shane said.

“Pickerings acquired the MINI brand three years ago, and to be recognised for two of those years in business is exceptional.”

“MINI dealerships are not often found in regional areas and this achievement demonstrates the desire for this product, in particular, the appetite for our electric vehicle range.”

The 2021 MINI Rural Dealer of the Year trophy arrived at Townsville MINI Garage this week.
